<p>Since 1997 until 1992 he was the research manager of the research project no.485-3 “Creation of planar reflector antennas for wide-area radio electronic systems, including satellite television, and development of a methodology for metrological support of such antennas”, the research project no.532-1 “Investigation of the properties of radiating systems with dissipative elements, and the construction of a theory of such systems with a correct account for the Joule and polarization losses in them”, the research project no.116-7 “Investigation and construction of the theory of radiating systems with appreciable Joule losses in their elements“, the research project no.153-8 “Analysis of the polarization losses of the power in radiating systems and the search for ways to reduce them”, the research project “GRONO”, contract with Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine no. 2/1299 of September 17, 1997</p>
<p>Since 2009 – leading staff scientist of the Institute of Radio Astronomy of National Academy of sciences of Ukraine</p>

<p>In 2003 graduated from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, majoring in Radio Engineering.</p>
<p>Candidate of Engineering Sciences, specialty 05.12.17 “Radio engineering and television systems”. In 2008 defended his thesis for a Candidate’s Degree “Perfection of methods of processing and astronomical interpretation of results of radar-tracking researches of meteors” in <em>Specialized Academic Board at NURE.</em></p>
<p>Since 2014 an associate professor of Basics of Radio Engineering at NURE.</p>

<p>1997-2003–developed State standard of Ukraine of the unit of voltage is Volt based on the Josephson effect</p>
<p>2005–2006 developed State standard of Ukraine of the units of RF voltage 30…1000 MHz.</p>
<p>2007-2008 developed State standard of Ukraine of the unit of total harmonic distortion.</p>
<p>2008-2009–the head of state acceptance tests of the reference – carrier unit of microwave power in the range of 37.5.. ..78,33 GHz for the Armed forces of Ukraine</p>
<p>2009-2012 were developed by the State standard of Ukraine of the unit of coefficient of amplitude modulation.</p>
<p>2017-2018р – responsible for the development of National standard of Ukraine of the unit of frequency deviation FM signals.</p>
